- Description of Services: The Design Company agrees to provide graphic design services for Client as outlined in the accompanying project proposal.
- Payment Terms: Client agrees to pay Design Company the total project fee of [Amount] as outlined in the accompanying project proposal. Payments will be due as follows: [Payment schedule].
- Ownership and Copyright: All designs and materials created by Design Company in association with the project will be owned by the Client upon receipt of final payment. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Design Company from any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses relating to the Client's use of the designs or materials.
