Refund Policy

At our Mountain Creative, we believe in providing you with the best possible customer service. That's why we have created a refund policy that will ensure you receive the best treatment in any situation. In order to receive a refund, there are certain criteria that must be met.

Firstly, if we have not yet started your project, or if we are unable to start it within a reasonable timeframe, we will gladly provide a full refund.

Secondly, if we are unable to complete the project according to the specifications that were agreed upon, you will receive a refund as well.

It is important to note, however, that refunds will not be given for started projects or if the design has already been approved and the project is delayed due to a lack of communication on your end. We value our customers and we want to provide you with the best experience possible.
